So, i got into my defensive position and went into the dealership ready for what i expected to be another battle in the swamp surrounded by alligators. To my surprise, it was anything but! We met with our sales specialist Christine who was not only warm and personable, but extremely knowledgeable about not just the product but also the process. I expected her to want to sell us a car but felt she was equally interested in our best interest in getting a car she knew we would be happy with. Having done my due diligence, I knew the car we liked was priced very fair and she went out of her way to insure we got the best deal on our trade in. It made all the difference in the end as to our final decision and my only regret it having not started here first! More
