Hyde was great to work with! We came in looking for CRV in a popular color, so they didn’t have one on the lot the day we were there. Buying a car on my own for the first time was a little intimidating, but Hyde made the entire experience amazing. From the beginning, he really listened to what I was looking for and what was important to intimidating, but Hyde made the entire experience amazing. From the beginning, he really listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me. I explained the features and things I wanted in a car, and he made sure those needs were met. The very first car I test drove ended up being the one I bought, which says a lot about how well he understood what I was looking for. Hyde was patient, helpful, and made the process feel easy instead of stressful. He also worked hard to make sure I got a good deal and a payment that worked for me, which I really appreciated.
