During my waiting period I ventured into the new car showroom where upon I was greeted by Ariel Sanchez.. Informed him I was just looking while my Odessey was being serviced. I mentioned that I was considering in the next couple of months of purchasing another Odessey or a Toyota . Ariel, immediately portrayed the qualities and professionalism of what Break-A-Way Honda is all about. Ariel explained the new features of the 2014 Odessey, allowed me to take a test drive and even stop by my wife's place of employment to let her see the Odessey. My wife was totally shocked when I introduced her to Ariel, had no idea I was out "shopping". Throughout the test drive, Ariel was was a super salesman, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, demonstrated and explained features on the Odessey and to say the least, I decided not to even check out the possibility of a Toyota. Later in the day, my wife and I made an appointment for 6:00 PM with Ariel. He, again went over the details of everything and we finally reached agreement that we would purchase the Odessey. I'm not sure what Break-A Way-Honda closing hours were, however, it was 10:00 PM when we finalized everything and I'm sure both Ariel and Jack (finance officer) was ready to call it a day. 2013 Honda Fit from Breakaway Honda - Aubrey Apple, Sales I walked in on a rainy Saturday, wanting to take a look at the Honda Fit for my wife. The person in Finance that I knew wasn't there, so Aubrey stepp I walked in on a rainy Saturday, wanting to take a look at the Honda Fit for my wife. The person in Finance that I knew wasn't there, so Aubrey stepped up and volunteered to help me. We looked at the features and options, then asked if they had the color my wife wanted. They did in the other lot! We drove over to make sure it was available, and went in. Got a deal: price that I wanted, rate and term that I wanted. An excellent experience! We actually went to Breakaway that day to have both of our Honda cars (Pilot, CRV) serviced. We had been talking about purchasing a new car for awhil We actually went to Breakaway that day to have both of our Honda cars (Pilot, CRV) serviced. We had been talking about purchasing a new car for awhile so decided to test drive a few cars while we waited. Our Sales Consultant, Alan, was very friendly, easy to talk to, and not pushy. He was very patient with us and let us test drive multiple cars (Accord, CRV, Odyssey). All the staff that we worked with that day were very nice and welcoming. We decided to price the Accord and our trade-in. We did have to go back and forth a few times on the price but we are very happy with our purchase price and what Breakaway gave us for our trade-in. Overall an excellent experience! We will continue to have our cars serviced there and will definitely buy another car there in the future! Thanks Breakaway Honda!!!! More
