The repair was supposed to take 14 days…it took 31. There was really no communication with me on why it took so long. However, Jeremy did knock off $100 from my bill and paid for the oil change and repair I had to come back for. I do appreciate that. More

This is the second time Jordan has taken care of my service needs. I had my Ridgeline engine oil changed and my transmission fluid changed in about an hour. When I arrived, Jordan said it could take up service needs. I had my Ridgeline engine oil changed and my transmission fluid changed in about an hour. When I arrived, Jordan said it could take up to an hour and a half. So, I was completely satisfied with the service. Although, when I was getting in my truck I noticed a big clump of debris in my leather on top of leather seats (not sure why they only cover the back of your seat, but not the bottom). However, once I pointed it out, Jordan was quick to have someone clean it up. I give FRED ANDERSON HONDA a 4.5 out of a 5 star rating. Oh, I should point out that they did not try to upsell me on anything (perhaps it’s because I told the receptionist that I would replace my own cabin filter and air filter). More
