Waste of time They had a company vehicle out of service an entire day for 5 recalls. When they couldn't do 1 of them, they didn't bother to do the rest of which ha They had a company vehicle out of service an entire day for 5 recalls. They greet you as soon as you pull in, they review the work to be completed, then escort you to the customer lounge and offer you something to drink or snack on while you watch TV in very comfortable chairs or catch up on some work at charging stations down the hall. The shop, and customer lounge are spotless and everyone smiles and asks if you need anything. They got me in and out so fast and I am grateful. What an outstanding dealership! Happy customer My daughter and I met at Kia in order to drop off her Soul for a recall to be done the next morning.
