Two Hour Oil Change To say that I’m upset with my experience with your service department today would be an understatement. Per my invoice, I arrived at 11:52 for a 12:0 To say that I’m upset with my experience with your service department today would be an understatement. Per my invoice, I arrived at 11:52 for a 12:00 oil change appointment. The advisor who wrote up the service order, informed me that my vehicle would be ready at 1:15. At 1:40, the technician drove my car into the pick up area and parked it there. The service advisor with whom I had originally spoken, entered the waiting area to speak with another customer. She told me that she would have me ready to go in a few minutes. When she not returned at 2:00, I walked to the reception area to see THREE “advisors” piddling on the computers at their “work” stations. None of them acknowledged me or offered assistance. The employee who had originally assisted me was writing up the service order for another customer and apologized that she hadn’t been able to get back over to the waiting area. Meanwhile, the other “advisors” were still engrossed with their computers. It is absolutely unacceptable to have employees sitting idly when there are customers who need assistance. Also, a routine oil change taking an hour and forty minutes is ridiculous. Upon my arrival at home, I called the dealership to speak with the service manager. The operator said he was not picking up and took my name and contact information along with my request for a return phone call, which I never received. Given your lack of customer service and disregard for customer concerns, I will be exploring other options for vehicle maintenance and service. More

Was sent a copy of a check that was cut by Kia of Greenville on 5/2. Alliant has not been paid. My account is late as of yesterday. I asked that Mgr. Schilly call me . That never happened. The salesperson Amanda was great but I would never recommend that anyone I know purchase at Kia of Greenville.n More

1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment? Waiting for up to two hours, or even an hour, like the rep promised she’d try to have it done by, is ridiculous. I’m aware that Saturday is a busy day for them but I made an appointment. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait that long? There were no cars queued in front of mine when I pulled in either. I’m not going to bother to try going there again for that service. Maybe just for something like if there’s a recall and they need to replace a part. More
