Feel like I am advised knowledgeably and treated fairly. Staff always address issue that vehicle is brought in for and advise of recommendation and cost of repair prior to any work being done. I feel no pressure at all from the staff to have any repairs done. Have even been told, by the staff, that a repair was not needed that I thought was. Nice to not have to spend money when I did not need to. I feel the staff is trustworthy. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and safe. Access to refreshment and a clean restroom. A shuttle to another site while your repairs are being done is available as well as a return shuttle when you are ready. I recommend this auto service facility, highly. More
Oil change in saab. Awesome I went to Kia of Greenville and they did everything possible to make sure sure I got the car I wanted. I went to Kia of Greer first and the employees I went to Kia of Greenville and they did everything possible to make sure sure I got the car I wanted. I went to Kia of Greer first and the employees was nice but they didn't have the drive or customer services to help me. I'm so excited to be driving me new 2018 Kia Sorrento. Terry and Dominic we're awesome and a pleasure to work with. If it can be done they will get it done with a smile on their face. They will work hard to make sure u are happy and pleased when u leave the dealership!!! More

Desperately needing a car Tyler and Terry both helped me when I thought there wasn't any hope of being able to get a new car. I had an 06 Optima that was my first car on my own Tyler and Terry both helped me when I thought there wasn't any hope of being able to get a new car. I had an 06 Optima that was my first car on my own, but after 11yrs things started going down hill for some reason. They were able to give me a great deal on trade in, hardly any down payment & they were very calm, and determined to get me into a car. They picked the perfect car for me, a 2016 Red Kia Forte, which I love. They couldn't have done better! I would highly recommend them to any one! Terry was awesome! He got me in there to help me! More
