I've never seen such disrespect in my life. We were shown 1 car, a used vehicle which was nice, but we really wanted a new vehicle. The saleman refused to give us a price because we didn't want to test drive the vehicle. When we asked to see a few other new models, we were told that the keys weren't available. When asked again about the price on the used vehicle, the salesman said we could look it up on line. My wife said "you just lost a sale". He snapped back that he figured he lost the sale when he didn't take a test drive. I asked him to repeat what he said...he replied he heard we were going to other dealers so he knew he lost the sale. All of this happened outside the main entrance to the dealer. We never got a business card and we were only shown 1 used car. Maybe they were stereotyping us because we were dressed bummy for a Saturday morning, but if they ever gave us a price I could have driven that cat home.....if we decided that was the one. Such disrespect is inexcusable. If I am going to buy a Kia, it will be from a dealer who respects their customers. More

Great experience! Dominic was welcoming, genuine, enthusiastic and focused on finding a car I would love with a payment I could handle. My Kia Soul is cute, zippy, handles great, and has much better ergonomics than my last car, with the adjustable, telescoping steering wheel! Great for tall people! And the sound system rules! The whole staff was warm and attentive, and even though I didn't get to eat dinner until after 10, I had a great experience there. I would recommend it to anybody! More
