Jordan met me at my car as soon as I pulled into the service center. He was very professional and looked me in the eye when he spoke. He explained the service that was going to be performed and how long service center. He was very professional and looked me in the eye when he spoke. After 30 minutes, Jordan came to the waiting area to inform me that the service was nearly complete and should not be much longer. Everything was completed in less than 1 hour (including my Telluride being washed). It was a pleasure to be serviced by a young professional who takes pride in his work. More
