Great experience overall. Mr. Patterson kept us informed best he could based on limited information from the port facility. However, when another vehicle arrived unexpectedly, Mr. Patterson kept us informed best he could based on limited information from the port facility. However, when another vehicle arrived unexpectedly, he gave us first choice on it. Sure glad we did. While I am not a fan of dealer up charges over MSRP, I understand why they do it. Limited inventory so they have to stay in business somehow. More
