Kia of Grenville was the only dealership I visited were I felt like the salesman was actually trying to help me find what I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. You make too many appointments not allowing time for unexpected needed repairs, which you always seem to find. I was there over three hours for a regular "service" at which you found things that should unexpected needed repairs, which you always seem to find. I was there over three hours for a regular "service" at which you found things that should have been caught by you and taken care of at previous visits. These delayed and aggregated things caussed my expected $49 bill to sky rocket to $491. some of which, I am sure, if caught in time, would have been covered by my bumper to bumper warranty. I was told that at least one of the things should have been taken care of at 30,000 miles! More
