I brought my car in for a recall on August 20th and was told they did not have the part after having made an appointment over 2 weeks ahead of time. Also there was a problem with service people being out told they did not have the part after having made an appointment over 2 weeks ahead of time. Also there was a problem with service people being out with Covid. I was not happy that no one had called to tell me not to come in for my appointment and it was a wasted trip. But Jordan Dubay was extremely helpful checking on the part and apologizing for not being able to service my car. He, again, helped me with my appointment on September 15th to try again to take care of the recall. While I was not particularly happy with the service from Kia on my first visit, I was satisfied with everything on my 2nd visit. And Jordan did a great job! I definitely give him a 5 star rating. More

David was awesome. Even though the car was delayed a month, he kept me up to date on status changes. His service was excellent. He was very straight up with me in the transaction.
