Chad was extremely helpful when we came to the dealership with lots of questions concerning the Carnival. He explained the difference between the trim packages (LX- EX- SX) and the price ranges. Although he did not have all of the answers he found out the answers by asking others in the dealership. Chad was not pushy at any time, but very carefully explained our options. When our deal was completed, he walked us through the paper work again explaining each step. The financial manager was also helpful as he explained our warranty and service options. He also lead us through each step making sure all of our questions were answered. A pleasant experience at Kia of Greenville. More
