Service was for a recall. Scheduling an appointment with Kia of Greenville was fast and received multiple reminders regarding the appointment date and time. Due to an internal system problem within Kia's mainframe, it took more than the estimated 4-hours to complete the recall repairs resulting in the complimentary car wash wasn't done.
