I love KIA if Greenville! I am always able to schedule a service appointments when needed and the employees are always friendly and professional. 2 hours just to look at a dipstick I have had multiple expensive issues with my 2015 Kia Soul (issues being from Kia's lack of correcting a recall) that I am not being told will NOT be I have had multiple expensive issues with my 2015 Kia Soul (issues being from Kia's lack of correcting a recall) that I am not being told will NOT be covered under my warranty. I cam to this Kia for an oil consumption test and sat there for 2 hours for someone to look at my dipstick and check the oil level. And when calling to ask simple questions about the test, the service representative came off extremely rude and was not at all about custom satisfaction. More

Engine light came on 2015 Kia Sorento, car only has 57400 miles. Was bot new at Kia on motor mile. Had to use AAA and have car towed from Sumter SC to Kia on motor mile on last Friday.
