On a side note, after a recent oil change/tire rotation appt, my car was returned to me in sparkling condition - even the floor mats were vacuumed! My day was made! Thank you! More

Service department was wonderful. I called they got me in right away and figured out my problem. Had to get me a rental car and I had it within 2 hours. They told me my car was going to be ready by the next day and it was not. I called up there the morning my car was supposed to be ready and i asked April about what time my car would be ready and she would n and it was not. I called up there the morning my car was supposed to be ready and i asked April about what time my car would be ready and she would not give me time, she just kept saying that we close at 7 and the car would be ready before than, and they would give me a call. I waited, around 6 no one still hasn’t called me. So I decided that i was just going to up there. When i got there my car was not ready. My only transportation to get work and to get my kids school. I was extremely upset. I also got a oil change and wipers no discount or anything. It’s usually is not that bad. I guess just one bad experience. I was not at all pleased. More
