I had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at scheduled time. Was told at time of checkin that it may me a hour and half or so. I was never informed of the status of my oil change and tire rotation. It was there for about 20 minutes before I was told it was complete. I spent about 2 hours and 15 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation. More
