I had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at scheduled time. Was told at time of checkin that it may me a hour and half or so. I was never informed of the status of my oil change and tire rotation. They are so kind and understanding. They didn’t pressure us nor standing over us like normal dealerships. We had no money for a down payment but they worked with us.
