Well, I brought it in to fix the wing that goes on top. And to get a full detail being I just bought it from them that Monday. The wing was done fast. The detail was not done. They didn’t even vacuum it or And to get a full detail being I just bought it from them that Monday. The wing was done fast. The detail was not done. They didn’t even vacuum it or do the windows. Had to have them do it over again. All the kid did was the windows. Never got vacuumed. Horrible. Then I get home and all my Interior lights weren’t working. Had to go back in at 7 am so they could fix what ever they did. Never again. Will never buy a car from them or any dealer that has the same owners. Will drive two hours away if need be. But no one will care. Back to business as usual. You guys will move on to the next victim, I mean customer. One good note. Your service people are very nice. That I will say. More

The sales manager Pete Cummings is the most disrespectful human ever. Shouldn’t be in his position. Had to call corporate Kia. Definitely would never recommend this place until they have a new sales manager. Pete should double check who his sales people are talking to before he comes up and tells them to kill the deal. Ohhh. Almost forgot. The sales men informs me that one of the other managers believe his name was Tony told him that they aren’t fixing xxxx when it came down to this huge scratch that the car has. And this after they tell me they would fix any scratches and dents the day before and even have a form to write this on so they can get it done. B.S. Oh. Now let’s talk about this lie I was told that every car gets a checked out completely before it gets sold. Two days into buying this car, I already have to put $275 into it. The windshield washer pump is cracked. Who tells me this? Kia. While they where fixing the wing that the car was missing on top. KIA!!!! Here’s my advice to Kia of Greenville. TREAT PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE!!!! TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! Don’t judge because they are buying a used car. TAKE CARE OF ALL CUSTOMERS! Make them feel like they are the most important person in that room during the process. By the way, I also advise your selling team that walk around the sales floor, It’s free to smile and acknowledge people. I work in customer service. So I know what I’m talking about. But nothing will come of this. You know why??? I got my loan. The car is at home. And you guys move on to the next victim, I mean customer. SMDH. Very sad. More
