Somewhat disappointed We got our car back on Monday the 2nd and by Saturday we were stranded again with a dead battery that when checked by the technician who came to help We got our car back on Monday the 2nd and by Saturday we were stranded again with a dead battery that when checked by the technician who came to help us said it was at less than 10%. Just wondering if this is not something you guys check everytime a auto is brought in for service. This is the 3rd thing we have had happen to this car in 4 weeks. Losing a bit a confidence in taking it on a trip. We were also considering trading it for a 2019 sorrento or the new telluride but hesitant at this point. More

Poor Rating in Customer Satisfaction Under the recommendation of this Dealer I swapped out a perfectly good battery. The "new" battery I received was less than 2 years old when it started Under the recommendation of this Dealer I swapped out a perfectly good battery. The "new" battery I received was less than 2 years old when it started having problems. Took it back to Dealer and they wanted to charge me 60% of cost for new battery plus labor. These batteries are not new but refurbished! Furthermore, the testing that was done on the battery drained it completely. It would no longer hold a charge. It's better to go to Autozone where they stand behind their product. The dealer is only trying to make as much money off of servicing your vehicle as possible. Buyer beware. More
