way to long I had to take my car in three times to get my new car fixed. they fixed on the third trip. I had to spend over 6 hours in the car and two tanks of gas. On third trip my car got fixed after I had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours for a very simple fix. The seats that we sit in are not made to sit in very long. I have a very bad back and I am a disabled Vet and the seats suck. Put chairs in because we are maid to sit so long. You also need to stop over booking. I had to be there at 12 pm and my sat there for the first hour each time I came. This is the second time in the last 4 years that I have bought a car. But after all of this I do not think that I will be back for another car. More
