FIrst visit for oil change I was greeted by Chris in the service department when I arrived. I decided to wait on my vehicle knowing that I had work to do on my computer. I sat at the waiting area & had complementary coffee & worked in a well lit comfortable space. The service manager did come to update me halfway through the work process & I appreciated that. After the maintenance was completed they also washed & vacuumed my vehicle. That was a nice bonus for me. I understand that having a clean car that turns heads while om the road matters to me & to the Kia brand. Excellent job all around. More
