Very pleasant establishment We dropped our vehicle off and was helped immediately. They asked us if we wanted to go anywhere while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced, and We dropped our vehicle off and was helped immediately. By the time we were finished with our meal we had gotten a phone call saying our vehicle was done and our ride had not long after arrived like clockwork. Fantastic service. Great Customer Service My husband and I went in to the dealership on a Sunday and Andrew came out to meet us. We took a test drive and loved the Telluride, Andrew and the fi My husband and I went in to the dealership on a Sunday and Andrew came out to meet us. We took a test drive and loved the Telluride, Andrew and the finance people worked and worked to get us to a price that we felt comfortable with. Once we reached a price my husband decided that he wanted to wait a little longer to save more money. Andrew called us on Monday to follow up and see if we might have changed our minds. At that point we said no. Andrew called again on Tuesday but it wasn't a hard push sale just a check in. After talking with my husband we decided to move forward and get the car. The great thing was that I thought we were doing a lease but actually they were giving us a price on purchasing the car and they got it down $30 from our absolute top payment price. We love the car and look forward to taking it on a long drive soon. More
Dont Do it We initially had a good experience. Our car salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once we to We initially had a good experience. Our car salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once we took our van home. I signed everything, gave them everything, and was told were good to go. Awesome! I didnt get as much for my trade-in as I would have liked, but we were out of that terrible vehicle and we fixed the negative equity on it. We initially had to put down a large lump of money, to fix the negative equity and appease the bank for the loan. We thought everything was good until I called the auto financing dept of the bank bc I never found out who to send the payments to and they said they never received any paperwork from them. This was 2 WEEKS LATER. I had to initiate the phone call to find out what happened. After 2 weeks, you'd think someone would have told me why now that my loan didnt go through correctly. I understand about that part, what I didnt understand was how I had to reach out to them! Then they said I had to be even more down and needed to do it immediately. My husband and I work full time and have 2 young kids, dropping everything to fix this was impossible. "There's gonna be problems if you dont come in today " well, maybe someone should have called us weeks ago so we could plan to come in! By now I'm in love with the van, and everything is all sorted. They said our trade-in was gone so we would be without a vehicle. I had little choice but to give them more money. There was no communication on their end. At all. Stay away unless you want the most stressful car buying experience ever. Also, the manager insulted my handwriting, directly in front of me bc he didnt realize I was standing there. He responded "you werent supposed to hear that" so rude. Worst experience ever. More
