The repair time was a The sales person, Jonathon Greene, and staff were so very efficient and professional to work with even with a necessary repair. The repair time was a bit lengthy - took over a week before I could pick up my car for an armrest replacement. The actual purchase was a bit slower than I expected especially in light of the fact this was a cash sale where no financing was required. The sales manager spoke to Finance and was able to get things moving faster. So yes there are areas I would suggest to improve but overall it was a good experience. More

Screw up was fixed but jimmy So yet again Kia of Greenville screwed me over (I made an appt that conveniently didn’t get put in) and almost cemented my hatred for the place. To be honest if I didn’t have these coupons I’d never ever go back even if my life depended on it... but I do so I have to. Yesterday, thanks to super kind and helpful Jimmy, I was in and out in less than half an hour even though they were clearly overwhelmed. He went out of his way to find a master mechanic to get me out of there. He is an asset to this business bc the managers and employees that work there are horrible. Give jimmy a raise ASAP More
