Great customer service! James Keith was my initial contact to go over the service needed. He recommended some additional service which I agreed to have them do. I told them I was on limited time, and they said they would get right on it. Since my service was going to take two hours, I asked if I could have the shuttle bring me to the mall. They got a gentleman right away to bring me over. He was very polite and friendly. When the work was completed, I worked with Chris Hall to go over my invoice. Everything went very well, and I was on my way in my 2 hour time frame. More

Disappointed We dropped off my daughters Kia early morning for a NATIONWIDE RECALL in reference to the Oil Pan leak. My car sat most of the day untouched and when We dropped off my daughters Kia early morning for a NATIONWIDE RECALL in reference to the Oil Pan leak. My car sat most of the day untouched and when they finally got around to it, they called , left me a message that they did not even have the part to do the recall and it had to be ORDERED?? I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED. Therefore, I picked up my NON SERVICED VEHICLE that I had waited on all day and was told the part has now been ordered and they will get back to me. The Service rep was very kind and professional but should have known. I was highly disappointed that I have to go back again and wish I would have went to Kia of Greer instead. Kia of Laurens Rd was very unprepared, and not furnished to provide the necessary work needed. Waste of time and parts should have been readily available when I scheduled my appointment. More

Service did what they said they'd do-fast! I had an appointment with Chris for an alignment and tire rotation and balancing.
