FIrst visit for oil change I was greeted by Chris in the service department when I arrived. He was very pleasant and professional and explained all of the service options availa I was greeted by Chris in the service department when I arrived. When I returned to pick my car up at lunchtime, it was sparkly clean! I decided to wait on my vehicle knowing that I had work to do on my computer. I sat at the waiting area & had complementary coffee & worked in a well lit comfortable space. The service manager did come to update me halfway through the work process & I appreciated that. After the maintenance was completed they also washed & vacuumed my vehicle. That was a nice bonus for me. I understand that having a clean car that turns heads while om the road matters to me & to the Kia brand. Excellent job all around. More

First Service on Kia Stinger I was given one free oil change with the purchase of my 2019 Stinger, went in previously to get this done. It was an early morning appointment.
