Great service department! I was checked in immediately upon arriving for my appointment for service. My Service Advisor, Jason Melton, was polite, helpful, efficient, courteous I was checked in immediately upon arriving for my appointment for service. My Service Advisor, Jason Melton, was polite, helpful, efficient, courteous and professional. They were very busy that morning and Jason made the effort to update me on the progress of service. Jason Melton did a great job Jason Melton was the service advisor for my car when I had to get the engine replaced. He went above and beyond when it came to making sure that ever Jason Melton was the service advisor for my car when I had to get the engine replaced. He went above and beyond when it came to making sure that everything was fixed and that I was completely satisfied with the work. I cannot recommend him enough. Recall Service Came in for a series of factory recalls on my 2010 Kia Forte. Called with a week's notice with specific details of what needed to be done and made th Came in for a series of factory recalls on my 2010 Kia Forte. Called with a week's notice with specific details of what needed to be done and made the appointment. Also had a SRSCM Problem light to look into as well. At the time of the service, they did not have the parts needed for the recall repairs and had to order them for me to come back to install again. This is unacceptable given the amount of notice prior to my arrival. Service center claimed that the SRSCM repair would cost $700 to resolve, quoting me $500 just for the part. Quick research found the same OEM part, new-in-box, for $100. Service center promised to call me when the car was available to pick up, but did not. The next day, I called back myself and was finally told it had been ready. When I retrieved my car, I noticed that my personal belongings had clearly been messed with and were noticeably out of place. I just hope nothing was stolen. Will not be revisiting this service center again More
