Good service I was able to drop off my car early. Like most visits I am suggested other services. I agree to one because it seemed critical. I checked with a trus I was able to drop off my car early. Like most visits I am suggested other services. I agree to one because it seemed critical. I checked with a trusted mechanic on the costs of the recommended service and to do both of the recommended at Lia were $450, and I was told by the other mechanic that parts and labor for both jobs should be less than I paid for just the drive belt. A little disappointed at the pricing with kia. More

Great customer service! James Keith was my initial contact to go over the service needed. He recommended some additional service which I agreed to have them do. I told them James Keith was my initial contact to go over the service needed. He recommended some additional service which I agreed to have them do. I told them I was on limited time, and they said they would get right on it. Since my service was going to take two hours, I asked if I could have the shuttle bring me to the mall. They got a gentleman right away to bring me over. He was very polite and friendly. When the work was completed, I worked with Chris Hall to go over my invoice. Everything went very well, and I was on my way in my 2 hour time frame. More
