Bought 3 cars from Jeff Parton working on number 4 I have bought a Mustang,F250,Altima,and a Chevy 1500 and Jeff always goes above and beyond . He went all the way to Texas to get the F250 for me . The Mustang was for my little girls sweet 16 and he made it so special. He put balloons all over the car and a big red bow then went in Social Media live and surprised her . I called NJ early on Saturday after checking the website and told him that I wanted to come in with my husband to make a decision. He not only remembered which cars I test drove earlier, he had the cars ready, he highlighted the features of the car, he had a great sense of humor, and he did not pressure me at all to buy. I would highly recommend him to any new buyer. More

Poor Communication I called the dealership prior to making the trip over there. I spoke to two different people who advised me to fill out a credit application, so I did I called the dealership prior to making the trip over there. I spoke to two different people who advised me to fill out a credit application, so I did just that. I was told that after filling out the application, we would receive a call back letting me know if we were preapproved. We received a call back asking us to come and talk to them, so we got our little girl up from her nap and drove 30 minutes to the dealership to sit there for 20 minutes to learn that they could not help us. It was poor ommunication amongst them because "they were busy". I had done my due diligence so that we would not waste our time or theirs. I understand if they can not help us but the wasted trip could have been avoided had they been more efficient! Will not be visiting this dealership again nor will I recommend them to anyone. We are more valuable customers than just what is on a piece of paper!!!! Our salesman was great, we have no complaints about him!! More
