What a great guy! He was very easy to deal with, didn't play the guessing game with price and was very upfront regarding what the dealership could and could not do. we felt very comfortable and at ease. Third time is not a charm I recently moved to Asheville, bought a pre owned Nissan Rogue and started using Fred Andersen for my service/repair. I had taken my car to this deal I recently moved to Asheville, bought a pre owned Nissan Rogue and started using Fred Andersen for my service/repair. I had taken my car to this dealer 2x before, each time it took 2 visits to solve the problem, both times for a problem with the work/fix. When I got a further problem I resolved to give one more chance and try again. BIG mistake!!! I had a repair costing $600 (partly paid for by extended warranty) which did not fix the problem, in fact nothing changed. I was told that the problem was 2 possibly 3 fold, the next repair was going to be $530 and still might not solve the problem. I couldn't get behind the rationale that I would keep paying on a trial and error basis. I spoke to the service director Frank Nicotra, who told me to bring the car in and he would personally get with the technician to solve the problem once a for all. I had further conversations with Frank about being forgiving on the cost, on the basis that I had already had the cost of the initial work to contend with and there had been no change at all. He said he would work with me. I just went to pick up the car and the problem seems to have been resolved but the cost went up to $750!!! I discussed this and then argued the case...so they agreed to lower it to $550. So I ended up paying a negotiated down price that was more than the original quote without any consideration for a) the inconvenience and b) the compensation for an original fix that didn't fix the problem and c) a price that I had to fight for. In the end I dealt with Jennifer who tried hard to make it better even though there was little she could do....she at least tried. Frank said that it would the lowest he could go because it would end up costing him....knowing business as I do I am sure there were more options here .....instead I am an unhappy customer who is unlikely to go here again and would canvas any one I know who owns a nissan too. More

The minute we walked onto the lot, we were greeted by our salesperson, Brian. He was very helpful and patient with us. He allowed us to test drive a Rogue and walked the lot with us while we checked out other colors and options. He always gave us space and privacy to talk with each other, and he answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our experience at this dealership and really appreciate the customer service that Brian provided. We are loving our new Rogue. Thanks Brian! More

Back to Saving Lives Devin and the folks at Anderson Nissan made it possible Asheville Humane Society to get back on the road with our Relocation Program. We were blindsided by another costly repair to our Sprinter van. It was a point where we were going to spend lots of money to fix the Sprinter, explore our options to purchase another vehicle, or suspend the program as we know it. Fred Anderson Nissan had the best add on options for a fleet vehicle, as well as a great warranty which made our decision making easy. Devin actually came to us on several occasions with paperwork etc. Now that we have a new Nissan NV we hope to exceed the more than 700 animals we saved with relocation last year! Got exactly what I needed. I stumbled upon the Nissan lot going to the Toyota place. That's how I met Michael Greene. I had no knowledge about or impression of Nissan trucks but I stumbled upon the Nissan lot going to the Toyota place. That's how I met Michael Greene. I had no knowledge about or impression of Nissan trucks but I was in the market for a 4 X 4. Michael was a pro at talking about the vehicle. He explained benefits of owning a Nissan and their dealership extras plan. That made the deal very appealing... however, I was really on my way to Toyota and yes I went. After driving the Toyota truck, I went and found a tree to sit under and do some research. That's when Michael called , the first time. I told him I didn't like the other brand and asked about pricing again. He got right back with me and offered me a deal I could not refuse. He then helped me get my car I was driving and did not trade back to the hotel I am staying in, and took me back to the dealership to pick up my truck! I had pretty much thought that he probably wouldn't have time to do that but he did. He made time. I feel like he will always make time for his customers. This young man is a very good salesman. I feel sure he's been told by the leadership of this dealership to apply pressure but he only applies a tiny nudge. ( Sorry Micheal,... hope the boss doesn't read that part but pressure is not necessary. You have a great product that will sell itself and tell the boss I said so!) All in all, I will revisit Michael at Anderson Nissan for each new car from now on. I found a lifetime salesman who is younger than me and sharp as a tack! More
