Agee to do something then try back out Bobby agreed to fix items and then basically called my wife and I liars even after we had sat with him and given him the list, reviewed the list and h Bobby agreed to fix items and then basically called my wife and I liars even after we had sat with him and given him the list, reviewed the list and his exact words were I will take care of this I bought the car a month ago of which they had it 12 days when I picked it up they had completed 2 of the items on the list, Bobby then tried to say they could not do several of the others Because I was not happy he got Chris involved who was backing Bobby and then was sarcastic and when I questioned why they did not want to give me a loaner he kept saying we have spent 35 dollars a day previously which I had to defend and say they had my car for two weeks and did not fix all the issues after being disrespected and argued with he eventually agreed to give me a rental I picked up my car two days later it seems like all is good however I won't be surprised if the stain they had made on the leather seat while replacing the tint and then removed does not come back all in all they had my care for 14 days Those two unfortunately give used car sales men the reputation they have I think the Anderson family should be concerned More
