I was very pleased with my service at Fred Anderson Nissan service on Brevard Road. I was welcomed into the service garage right on my appointment time. I explained my problem, was shown to the comfortable lounge. 15 minutes later, Randy Heatherly told me the problem was solved , and I was ready to go. I had been told I had a several hundred dollar problem. To my great relief, Randy took care of it at no charge. Randy was polite, interested in problem solving , and did it.
