Promises one thing, then does another. Sold them my car on Monday, before noon, assured I’d have a check by 5pm. It’s Friday today and I just got a tracking number for a check. After 5 solid days of calling and being put on hold repeatedly, they told they had no idea where my check is, as in, no one had written it yet, not that it was lost. One employee yelled at me and hung up on me for asking where my check was (after taking ownership of the car, of course), one manager took the day off after not following up with me the way he promised, one manager promised to call me back in 15 minutes, only for me to never hear from them again, and the list goes on. I’m blown away that any business would conduct business in this way. If I were you, I’d go anywhere else. Unless you appreciate being lied to and having folks outwardly express their annoyance with you for holding them accountable, then by all means, shop here. More
