I set up an online appointment with service using the website and got a conformation email/text and when I got there they did not know why I was there. I bought the truck last Friday and the sales perso website and got a conformation email/text and when I got there they did not know why I was there. I bought the truck last Friday and the sales person I worked with told me remote start could be added to my truck and the service dept could do it. I wasted my day going up there to them know knowing why I was there and then tell me they could not do the add on! Why did they not reach out to me as I set this up 5 days ago. I am not a fan of being deceived. I like the truck, but service and sales team get an âFâ and I will not take my car there for any service! I will go where I always go with my past cars/trucks where I am respected and treated fairly! More

Glen fixed an oil leak in our Infinity Q 45 on our way to Michigan from Fl with our stop in Asheville to visit grandchildren. Solved the problem and fixed in less then hour.
