I brought my Subaru in for major service today and had an outstanding experience thanks to Isaac, the technician who worked on my car. He was incredibly methodical and analytical in diagnosing the brake/rotor issue, and he took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. What stood out most was how well he listened to my concerns. He didn’t just run through a checklist, he actually tracked down the specific problems I was worried about. I also want to give a shoutout to my Service Advisor, Calista, who handled everything smoothly from start to finish. Between the two of them, the whole visit felt professional and genuinely caring. I know dealer service tends to cost more than an independent shop, but honestly, I don’t mind paying a bit extra when I get service this good. Isaac and Calista made it worth every penny. Highly recommend this team if you want the job done right. More
