We went looking for a pearl white 2018 Subaru Legacy. Found the one we wanted so we called first thing Monday morning to tell Betsy we we’re talking with SECU for a loan. SECU was understaffed and too many clients that day so it took extra long. My husband walks out of the bank with the loan and Betsy called to say “the car just sold, sorry but that’s the name of the game”. No ma’am Betsy that is not the name of the game. As a matter of fact this has never happened to me before by any salesman. You are the rudest salesman I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. You are in the wrong job if you think this is the way to treat people. When I say I’m talking to SECU about a loan for this vehicle, it may take a couple of hours or a few hours that day if they are super busy, but by the end of the day I always have the money in hand. Betsy calls back and I take the phone and talk to her myself, she says “sorry again, but that’s how it goes, did you see our blue legacy”. I say yes and I don’t want it. So then Betsy decides to say “well if it helps, the man who bought the car had been looking at it for three days”. Seriously how idiotic can you be, ummm, no Betsy it doesn’t help. I ended up hanging up on her before I said something I wouldn’t regret. Sorry this is so long but this needs to be out there. I have since talked to a few people and found out that Prestige Subaru has done this to other people too. It’s not right, and it’s a horrible way to treat people and I will be telling anyone who will listen and just maybe the salesmen at Prestige Subaru will learn how to treat customers and especially return customers like we were (definitely not ever again). Buyer beware!!!!! More
We are about to own our third Subaru. Just placed an order with Justin Harrison, a bright, friendly and very knowledgeable sales person. He knew the Foresters from top to bottom. This is the 5th Subaru we have purchased but the first with Prestige Subaru. It was our best experience ever in purchasing a car. I really loved being able to look up the inventory online, ask for a pri with Prestige Subaru. It was our best experience ever in purchasing a car. I really loved being able to look up the inventory online, ask for a price quote, and schedule a test drive of my choice. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything that I couldn't afford. We will definitely be returning to Prestige Subaru when we need another vehicle. More
We had an outstanding experience at Prestige Subaru. Darby our Sales Specialist gave us an overview of the Forester and we then discussed our specific needs. Darby never attempted to ‘up sell’ us. My 2017 Subaru Forester was totaled and my insurance company paid for a brand new 2021 Forester. I had already been in touch with a salesman recommended by a friend who was helping me look for a used fo company paid for a brand new 2021 Forester. I had already been in touch with a salesman recommended by a friend who was helping me look for a used forester to replace mine if it was badly damaged but not totaled but when I learned the insurance company would replace my car with a new car, the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a recall on my car and dealership fixed the recall but my vent in the dash was broke when they returned the car, they didnt even try to fix it just put it back together and didnt say anything about i but my vent in the dash was broke when they returned the car, they didnt even try to fix it just put it back together and didnt say anything about it to me untill I turned around and questioned them about it. The dearship said it was already broke before and it wasnt when I took it. I said we have to do something about it and I was told they would be in touch and a week has past NOTHING. customer service is not a priority I fixed the problem myself ........... We actually live out of state so we purchased the vehicle over the phone, Eric handled everything so on the day we picked up the Forester with our grandson nearly everything was taken care of. It was a first vehicle for our grandson so Eric was very thorough in explaining everything about the Subaru and then took our grandson for a drive to explain further. It was amazing personal service and an enjoyable experience too! More
