We reviewed online the car that we were interested in and Jane-Marie made an appointment for us to come in. I appreciate the appointment as it gave us time without being rushed. and Jane-Marie made an appointment for us to come in. I appreciate the appointment as it gave us time without being rushed. More

I only wish I could post a review with more than 5 stars! My husband and I live in Hendersonville, NC, and have been Hyundai owners for over 20 years. You can probably guess the name of the local dealer My husband and I live in Hendersonville, NC, and have been Hyundai owners for over 20 years. You can probably guess the name of the local dealer with whom we’ve interacted in the past. Working with them has NEVER been a positive experience . . . for the most part, we’ve only gone there for recall issues or for something that our local mechanic could not address. Yesterday, having sold my Hyundai Genesis, we decided to go out and test drive a 2021 Subaru Outback Limited. We looked at the local dealer’s website and they didn’t have what we were searching for, so we widened our net. We went to two dealerships in Asheville without success and then, on a whim, headed over to Fred Anderson Subaru. Even before walking into the dealership, we both commented on the unique landscaping (later we found out this building had just opened in April). Upon entering, we were pleasantly welcomed by one of their sales associates, Alona Kaltovich. We told Alona what we were looking for and she said a vehicle matching those specifics had just come in. We test drove the car and Alona pointed out the various features (her knowledge about even the smallest of details was so impressive). We talked price and then settled on the purchase. After handling the paperwork, Alona walked with us around the dealership, even to the Service area where we were introduced to some of the staff. She showed us the lounge (very nicely appointed for a short visit, such as an oil change), and then we met with Isaac Tweed, the Finance Manager. Isaac presented to us an extended protection program—for which we could clearly see the value. By the time we left, we were just so pleased with how we were treated at Fred Anderson Subaru (they really take the “Family” part of their motto seriously), the facility, and the staff we met. My husband and I are in our late 70s, so we’ve been buying and selling cars for over 50 years. We have never had such a pleasurable experience as we had yesterday. If you’re looking for a new or used Subaru, I would highly encourage you to meet with Alona Kaltovich at Fred Anderson. You’ll be very pleased. More
