I have nothing but praise for the service people at the desks at Prestige Subaru in Asheville. I took my little friend with me because she likes to get out and go places instead of being homebound. The young man who checked us in was so kind and helpful with her. When we got inside, she fell, due to 2 hr long ride out there. Most of the service folks at the desks came running to help me with her. They brought water, Crackers made her comfortable. They were wonderful people. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!! Your company should be very proud and thankful for such kind employees who went above and beyond. My friend was fine. The guys who did the maintenance did a wonderful job too. So thank you!! They all made our 2 hr drive out there worth it, especially how they treat their customers!! So if I could give the highest of reviews, it would go to you all. Again thank you!! More

My experience purchasing a Crosstrek at Prestige Subaru was amazing from start to finish. I visited the dealership years ago to check out the Crosstrek and my experience was so-so and I did not make a purc was amazing from start to finish. Fast forward to July 2022 - I still had the Crosstrek on my mind and went in to give it another shot. This time around it was so different. Sean, the salesperson who assisted me was exceptional in helping me get exactly what I wanted. He was friendly and knowledgeable- answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. The buying process was easy and quick and I can now say I’m a Subaru convert! The follow up check about a week later was great. Getting used to a new car isn’t easy and this follow up visit helped me to get to know more about my cars capabilities and all of my questions were answered. I felt valued and cared for. I will definitely go back to Prestige when I’m in the need of a new car. More

i purchased a used car from them in may 2022. their inspection of the car showed it was in great condition. 17 days after i bought the car, there was a critical mechanical issue. it is now 4.5 mo their inspection of the car showed it was in great condition. 17 days after i bought the car, there was a critical mechanical issue. it is now 4.5 months later and they have still not repaired my car. they have been deceptive and uncommunicative throughout the process. just not trustworthy people.
