He is service manager what a way to handle complaints. He is a pure well I cannot say here but you get my drift, and does not even answer his phone. Took 2 calls to get manager and it rang and rang for service, operator would answer calls. what a bad dealership, no service, no follow up and does not care for there customers. Sad in this day such a dealership exist. More

Excellent Experience! Worth The Drive! Last month we were headed back home after a weekend in Charleston and stopped by Fred Anderson Toyota to look at a the 4x4 4Runners on their lot. Whil Last month we were headed back home after a weekend in Charleston and stopped by Fred Anderson Toyota to look at a the 4x4 4Runners on their lot. While we were looking, Daniel Dew, asked us if he could be of any assistance or answer any questions. Being completely honest, we told Daniel we were simply looking at the different colors and interiors options but were on our way to pick up a 2017 TRD Off Road 4Runner in Charlotte. Daniel asked us if we would give him fifteen minutes to see if he could beat the price we had been given by the Toyota dealer in Charlotte. We needed to get on the road and didn't really have time, but Daniel was professional and kind and promised he would not waste our time. We had been looking at 4Runners for a couple of months and had negotiated a pretty good price for the TRD Off Road waiting for us in Charlotte. Well, Daniel got us an unbelievable price, and we said, Yes! Our 4Runner was coming into port and would be ready for delivery a week later. Daniel went out of his way to keep us updated and quickly answer questions while we waited for it to arrive. Daniel even offered to have it delivered to us, instead of having to make another trip back to Charleston! How cool is that? We ended up coming back to the dealership to take delivery. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Daniel and Christen Salvatico in Finance. Our experience with Daniel reminded us of our German car purchases. Daniel is truly a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about his product. We highly recommend Daniel Dew and Fred Anderson Toyota if you are in the market for a Toyota and it is well worth the drive to this dealership if you don’t live in the Charleston area! More
