Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience I had in ALL my dealings with Fred Anderson on the purchase of my 2017 TRD PRO 4run Wow just wow! Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience I had in ALL my dealings with Fred Anderson on the purchase of my 2017 TRD PRO 4runner. It all started with Lauren Foster in the internet department. I had actually been searching the entire country for this vehicle and had resigned myself to the fact I would be flying to Texas, Montana, or Utah and road tripping it back to Charleston. Just on a whim I built my vehicle online and submitted a request (not expecting much as this particular model wasn't even in the US yet and NO dealer I mean NO dealer had their hands on one). within 10 minutes this really nice person called me back, I explained what I was looking for (very specific color would not settle for any other) the model and we both agreed it was going to be a tall order but she would check and get back to me. Well she called me back and said we have an allocation for that vehicle and it's arriving to our dealership within 9 days. I was flabbergasted and asked her about three times if she was sure and she assured me she was and even emailed me the build sheet with vin number. I was skeptical as this was the 7th dealership I had called and all gave me different answers(some never returned my phone calls, some laughed when I told them what I wanted since it was pretty rare). As soon as received her email with the VIN i knew it was real and would have my dream vehicle within a week ( i was prepared to wait months as which is pretty typical with this particular Toyota model). I told her I would be over ASAP with a deposit and that is when the Best Salesperson i have ever purchased a new car from (Tonya Walker) came into my life. Since the truck wasn't even in the states yet they told me to come test drive a used one they had to make sure the wife and I liked it. We came to the dealership en route to our 1 year wedding anniversary and test drove the old one, brokered an excellent deal for the new one, and put down the deposit and were on our way. 10 days later I was in my new vehicle all thanks to Tonya, Lauren and Alesia in Finance. I kept waiting for there to be some catch, buying a car is typically a cat and mouse game and for most people not an enjoyable experience. But I have to say that EVERY I mean EVERY call, visit, text was what the car buying experience should be. Tonya would text me with updates, what sales consultant at dealer takes the initiative and proactively reaches out to their customers, it's typically the other way around right? She was on point from beginning until the end there to answer any questions. I genuinely felt she cared about me and was not just viewing me as a transaction. She actually addressed all of my concerns and if I wasn't happy with something would actually work on making me happy (which she did and then some). I truly felt like I won the lottery with having Tonya Walker as my Certified Sales Consultant, and it must have been my lucky day. I truly appreciate everything she did and if weren't for her I wouldn't be driving this vehicle or writing this review. She epitomizes how every sales consultant at the dealership should strive to service their customer. I will sing the praises of Tonya, Lauren and Alesia from the highest rafters to anyone that will listen. And if and friend or family is the market for a new Toyota or Scion, there will be NO question I repeat NO question on whom and where that purchase will be from. Thank you Tonya Walker for helping make our dream vehicle purchase a reality.
