Just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Camry and must say the experience from this dealership. I am 75 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime with most of the a pain in the you know where as t experience from this dealership. Of course this is after they go back to the top dog to firm up the deal. Not here at Fred Anderson's. Our salesman Randy Earles was everything positive and not what you are used to. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, addressed our every concern with complete honesty and integrity. If you are in for a car go to Fred Anderson's Toyota of Charleston and look up Randy. My Sales experience was wonderful. Eddie has been helpful beyond the initial sale of my vehicle, and friendly every time I've been back. There were some issues regarding the financing of my vehicle (the only beyond the initial sale of my vehicle, and friendly every time I've been back. There were some issues regarding the financing of my vehicle (the only fallback), but Eddie was diligent in working that out. He made sure that I was happy with my vehicle, and even checked in on me when I came back for a service repair. It is nice when someone remembers you when coming back into a dealership. It made me feel important, and not like another face in the crowd. It has been a real pleasure to work with him, and I would highly recommend him for any purchase of a future vehicle. More

Each individual was not "pushy" in trying to force my wife and I to buy a new car. Each individual explained the values and features of the car we were interested in without saying we have to d force my wife and I to buy a new car. Trevor was awesome to work with. The selection / sales process was easy. They were a bit short staffed in the finance department due to a family emergency so there was a bit of a wait to wrap up the pape process was easy. Some confusion over getting the bill of sale to our insurance company - but it was all worked out.
