Trevor German was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. He explained how to use the fancy tech items the Rav4 has, and I didn't feel intimidated. I had no idea the dealership closed at 7pm, Trevor was very polite, friendly, and courteous to my son, his fiancé , and myself. He went well above and beyond his service to me. This was my first time at this dealership and I would definitely recommend it. Alesia Durrell was the finance person and greeted me so cheerfully and friendly! It was after 9 pm when We left- Alesia and Trevor were so patient and courteous after such a very long day! I really appreciated them and the time they spent with me. Matthew is a wonderful asset to your company. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. He really knows the product in great detail, how it works, why it is better than its competitors, w extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. He really knows the product in great detail, how it works, why it is better than its competitors, why we would want it more than another brand - and was clear in explaining it to us. Matthew took extra time to make sure we understood the car and how it works, which was important for this high-tech car being bought by a couple of low-tech Seniors. He stayed in regular communication with us during the week between paperwork and delivery, had everything lined up and waiting for Sarah when she got there after work on Friday. He even facilitated getting the insurance switched over and those sorts of necessary things...a wonderfully positive and orderly experience. We would definitely recommend Matthew to our friends for their car buying needs. More

So I just recently bought my first car from Toyota of Charleston. I bought a 2013 Corolla and I have to say I love it.
