The experience we had at this dealer was wonderful. They are honest and straight forward with everything. The two ladies in service, Patty Campbell answered all our questions about the family plan guarantee and service info so that we were prepared and knew the process prior to purchasing. This dealership goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Alisia Durr answered all our questions and covered everything in great detail and was honest and upfront with financing options. FANTASTIC. Eddie Nuttall was great as usual. Andre went above and beyond and stayed two hours past his time to go home to ensure that the sale went smoothly and followed it to the end. I had a fantastic dealing with this dealership recently. I went in looking for a used Sequoia. Andre worked with me for quite a while trying to get me into a new one within my budget. When I realized I did I went in looking for a used Sequoia. Andre worked with me for quite a while trying to get me into a new one within my budget. When I realized I did not have the budget for a new one, although I wanted one, they went out and found me the exact used vehicle I wanted. Color, interior, mileage and options in my price range. I am very happy with my experience there and felt the entire sales team was very diligent and knowledgeable. Andre was great with his follow up and keeping me in the loop. In addition, I got a VERY fair amount for my trade in and got a warranty on the vehicle because I bought through them (car has to have under 50,000 miles and be a Toyota), fantastic deal. Such a great experience I referred my closest friend there who was looking for a Highlander, and he bought one through Andre as well. Would highly recommend them. More

Best car buying experience ever! The staff are friendly, proficient, and were able to meet my needs reasonably, both, financially and expediently.
