One of the primary reasons we made our final decision to buy the 2004 Toyota Avalon from Fred Anderson is because of Alex's proactive approach to finding us all the information about the car and arranging with his manager to allow us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. Alex did an outstanding job at presenting the advantages of buying a new vehicle over a used, but after spending a few hours with us understood and accepted that we are used vehicle customers for life, and did an excellent job at helping us make our decision on the Avalon, which we love. Alesia was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at job with the financial side of the transaction. Leroy Jones, sales professional, and Alesia Durr, business manager were extremely helpful and made my first car buying experience a pleasant thing, which I didn't honestly think was possible. Leroy initially helped me choose the best vehicle for my needs, answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle and explained in VERY simple terms how to fill out and what the initial paperwork meant. I then worked with Alesia on the details of financing the vehicle and extended warranties. She took time to explain what all the different warranties meant, which ones she would advise getting and when I decided what package I was going to go with did not pressure me to upgrade or spend more than I was comfortable with. On top of that, she worked for over an hour to secure a payment plan that fit my budget when she could have simply processed the down payment and plan as is. After Alesia was able to work with me, plus get my monthly payment down $75 even with some add-ons, Leroy handled my insurance and tags, gave me a final run through on all the features of the car and sent me on my way. Even though I live in another state, Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, Leroy and Alesia are WELL worth the drive and I will be using them for any future purchases and would recommend anyone interested in or looking to buy a car to pay them a visit!
