A friend had recommended Quinn Johnson due to 2 recent purchases through Quinn. Quinn was the first salesperson who greeted us upon our arrival to the dealership so we were off to a great start. My goal was to purchase a RAV4 as a replacement for my Tundra based on its utility features and financing options. Quinn showed us the RAV4 models on the lot and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable from start to finish. She knows the vehicles she sells. The RAV4 was nice but I wasn't sure it was definitely the vehicle for me. I asked Quinn to show us a 2012 Camry just to rule it out. Once I was in the Camry Sport Edition there was no going back to the RAV4. Where the RAV4 felt cramped and not as comfortable for me, the Camry fit like a glove. The interior and exterior sport detail were definitely a plus. I am thankful Quinn chose the SE model for our first and only test drive in the 2012 Camry. It was a great choice and the car we purchased. Our experience at this dealership was a very pleasant one thanks to Quinn. If a Toyota is in your future, try this dealership and ask for Quinn Johnson. More
Just bought a 2013 Toyota Venza from these guys. Blake is new to the sales department and was great to work with - friendly, approachable and accommodating. As a young looking female I was pleased to be trea new to the sales department and was great to work with - friendly, approachable and accommodating. As a young looking female I was pleased to be treated with respect and not to feel like I was being taken advantage of. I worked with two other dealerships between SC and NC and these guys were more than happy to beat the offers from both. In the end I got the car for ~$2K below Kelley Blue Book fair price which I felt was a pretty good deal. Blake made sure I got the exact model I wanted in the color and with the options I wanted. He did not try to sell me unnecessary upgrades or pressure me into a more expensive model. I was not harassed in person or by phone or email by Blake or anyone else at the dealership, which was a huge relief because this is a major deterrent for me. (In contrast, I was perpetually called and actually lied to by the North Charleston dealership). Once my car came in Blake was great about going through the manual and operating all the new technology features. He also suggested a couple very useful add-ons that didn't come with the car after learning that I'd be using it to transport my dogs back and forth from NC to SC quite a bit. Overall this was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had and I'm really happy with the Venza. I would recommend Fred Anderson & Blake Dunn to anyone in the area that is interested in purchasing a Toyota. More

When It was time to trade in my Honda, I was given a really good offer from Honda. Only reason that kept me from doing business with them, is their customer service! First impression is everything, and when I got my lease on the CRV the first time, they made me promise myself I wouldn't do business with Stokes Honda anymore. So again, Danny, regardless of him doing his job, he's GREAT at it. He follows up, and keeps in touch. I will certainly continue to do business with him! More
This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. I recently purchased a new Toyota Higlander from the dealership. I have had my right hip operated on twice and also back surgery making it difficult to quickly use my right leg to get to the brake. As a result I got in the habit of using my left leg to "ride" the brake and my right leg/foot for the gas. I noticed that the engine would hesitate or cut off for about 2 seconds when I started from a stopped position and then the engine would catch up and take off. I contacted my salesman, Danny, and he along Chivas Porter, Assistant Service Manager, and several others in the Service Department listened to my problem which I thought was a very serious problem. They all questioned me as to my driving habits and when the problem would occur. Danny and Chivas investigated the problem and discovered that the new 2012 Highlander's were equipped with a computer on the brake and the accelerator pedal and pushing both at the same time (right leg gas and left leg brake)automatically made the engine hesitate for approximately 2 seconds. This new addition was designed to help solve the problem with Toyota's alleged accelerator getting stuck and people claimed they could not stop the vehicle. Once they did their research and discovered that by my using my left foot to break and at the same time would use my right foot for the gas, that was causing the engine to hesitate and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Since I have begun to use my right foot for the gas and the brake, I have not had any problem with the engine hesitating. I still drive with my left foot in the ready position to hit the brake in an emergency situation but keep it off the brake. I love my Toyota and this is why I have given the rating that I have. More
