This was a challenging undertaking for the salesman Brian. My wife is Japanese,and although her English is very good, her thought process can be unorthodox. This vehicle was for her, and I let her handle most of the selection of vehicle type,color,interior,options,etc. Brian was extremely patient with her as he cautiously led her through the process. We were looking at vehicles that were farthest from the showroom and she had him going back and forth to get answers to her questions and obtain keys to the vehicles she wanted to inspect.
