Bought a van from here and when they detailed it they busted the back taillight out and put a dent in it and when I confronted them no one admitted it so they said they would replace the tail light but c busted the back taillight out and put a dent in it and when I confronted them no one admitted it so they said they would replace the tail light but couldn't do. Nothing about the dent,also they said it passed inspection which they lied about the wheel bearing is out and the the brakes are very bad ,tie rod is out the DVD player doesn't work ,I have pictures where they wrecked the van their excuse was they have no cameras to see which employee done it.the door handle is off the door on the van cant be opened on the outside .This place is as low as it gets will file a dispute against them More

We were treated very nicely. Youn salesman was charming and very helpful. My van died on the lot and he made an arrangement to have it repaired. He was quick, it was a cash sale, and ready for finance person in an hour. We then had to wait two hours for the finance man to take my money. Young salesman even srarted the motor so interior would be warm - it was night time cold- when we got in. I was most grateful. More

I bought a Toyota 4 Runner from Tyler and after I paid for the he stop answering my calls. I have been trying to get hold of some ilat the dealership for the title of the car and it one lie after the othe for the he stop answering my calls. I have been trying to get hold of some ilat the dealership for the title of the car and it one lie after the other. I have purchased the car for over 3 weeks and no title. I have a car that I cannot use because they refuse to produce the title. I asked Tyler before paying for the car that do they have the title and he confirmed that is in the office. Till now no title and am paying for storage on the car because they lied to me the title will be ready before picking up the car. This guy's are the one giving used car salesperson a bad name. More

I went to the dealership asking to test drive a Toyota Venza, which I did. During the test drive I told the salesman I liked the vehicle (although I prefer a different color and would therefore not be pu Venza, which I did. During the test drive I told the salesman I liked the vehicle (although I prefer a different color and would therefore not be purchasing this particular vehicle today). I asked him to provide the figures for the transaction, breaking down all costs for an out-the-door price. I also asked for figures on leasing and purchase. He then asked me to do him a favor and drive a Rav4 vehicle, which I did to evaluate it and compare with the Venza. I told him I was not interested in the Rav4 (I mentioned this when I arrived at the dealership) and again asked for the breakdown of a lease and a purchase. He consulted with his sales manager and I was told they would not provide the breakdown I requested. I immediately thanked him for his time and left. Apparently, if your not willing to buy something immediately they are not interested in working with you. Very unprofessional and a total waste of my time after driving 75 minutes to get to the dealership. More
