However, I do have one very major complaint, that concerns a management personel, Evan Perreault. The vehicle I perchased was used and I was informed prior to purchase that there was no warranty...however a minor problem arose with the vehicle being purchased, I called Fred Beans Subaru and spoke to Evan Perreault, who assured me that the cost to repair the vehicle would be covered and that he would make an exception for my situation since the problem arose so soon after purchase, this guy had me drive from an hour away only to back out of the agreement when I arrived. I found him to be both dishonest and condescending. More

I got about $2,000 off the sticker price and the deal was done over the phone. The other dealerships I looked at would only give me $500 off the sticker price of the vehicle I purchased. The staff was extremely helpful in any request I had as a customer. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru. They give the best deals and have a great staff. More

Even when we were sitting there the other sales guys talked to us. We have purchased a car before and the experience compared to here is like night and day these guys definitely are good they explained everything to a tee left me with no questions to be asked.
