Before Ciocca took over, I had purchased and was very happy with sales and service of 3 Subarus. Now it’s apparent they fit the bill of a “typical” dealership; expensive, questionable ethics and pushy service staff. $120 to replace windshield wipers, $600+ to replace spark plugs versus $300 my certified mechanic charged for the same. I’m in the market for a new vehicle now, but as much as I like Subaru and would be happy to purchase another, it will not be from Ciocca.

Coming from a Acura ecosystem I had a lot of uncertainty at first; but once convinced that a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness was what I needed for my personal projects, I went for it... What a Great Decision! I could not be more pleased with this little goat! It is what I should have purchased long ago! I recommend it highly!

I was shocked :Tony thought about a customer buying a new car (over $30,000 )from John Kennedy Subaru was asking for the money from him. The customer can't have questions about the car. I wasted my whole day there.The GM even said I broke the agreement. I ask him to investigate internally for the truth. But he said it is difficult for him.

With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.
