My experience with Ciocca Subaru of Flemington has been - FLC

My experience with Ciocca Subaru of Flemington has been very disappointing, particularly in how the dealership handled legitimate concerns I previously raised about its service department. The dealership recently contacted me about purchasing a new vehicle. I explained that I was not interested because of problems I had experienced with the service department and because previous emails I had sent to the dealership about those concerns had gone unanswered. I was then asked to provide proof that I had contacted the dealership more than a year ago. I provided the requested email documentation. After several exchanges, I was encouraged to return to the dealership, but I was never given a clear answer as to whether my original concerns had actually been investigated or addressed. Mr. Castor ultimately advised me that he was closing the matter because the events had occurred too long ago for him to do anything about them. I accepted that response and told him I was fine with the matter being closed. I then updated my Google review to accurately document my experience. Shortly afterward, Mr. Castor sent me an email stating that Ciocca Subaru of Flemington would no longer accept my business and that I was prohibited from having my vehicle serviced at the dealership. I find that response difficult to understand. I had not asked the dealership for anything further and had accepted its decision to close the matter. I simply shared my experience in a Google review. I believe customers should be able to raise legitimate concerns, receive a professional response, and provide an honest review of their experience.

Unethical sales practices to coheres a customer into finalizing a sale . Received conflicting information from different individuals involved in the sales process

I was shocked :Tony thought about a customer buying a new - huicwang

I was shocked :Tony thought about a customer buying a new car (over $30,000 )from John Kennedy Subaru was asking for the money from him. The customer can't have questions about the car. I wasted my whole day there. The GM even said I broke the agreement. I ask him to investigate internally for the truth. But he said it is difficult for him.

I took my car in for service after my mechanic at home - krisschulte

I took my car in for service after my mechanic at home told me that it needed a valve body replacement (covered by extended warrantee). But Ciocca Subaru said that is was NOT the valve body, but instead was the ABS system and wanted to charge me $3300 to replace it. I talked to my original mechanic who said that they got it wrong. We speculated that they either misdiagnosed the problem (hard to believe since they work on subarus all day AND this valve body issue is well known, and that is why Subaru extended the warrantee) OR that they were going to replace the ABS system at my cost and also quietly replace the valve body (under warrantee)-- a shady transaction. I don't know which it is. Plus they charged me $250 for their analysis. But when I took the car to a different Subaru dealer, they said that it WAS the valve body that needed replacing (ABS system fine). I just saved $3300. Makes me wonder about the technicians at Ciocca and/or their honesty.
