Wonderful, No Stress Experience!! I recently came in to look at a 2015 Wrx for myself. I was just doing some research and I didn't necessarily intend on buying on the spot. She was pleasant and so helpful right from the start. She answered all of my questions and I never felt any pressure; I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Now that I've got all the info I needed I plan on going back to find the sales associate Tracey E and closing the deal for my new Wrx....cant wait! More

From the moment we started our communication until we left the lot, our experience was outstanding. Kelsie Schieber made the process seamless and enjoyable. Kelsie answered all questions and did not pretend to know something without research and follow-up. She took the time to go over all aspects of the vehicle and took the time to help set-up our bluetooth and phone contacts. Kelsie showed our family respect and gave us the attention that will earn our continued business. Does anyone ever really agree on price?? LOL More

Kelsie took us out in an Outback, Forester and Crosstrek , answered questions and was very personable. She was aware that we wanted to look into other vehicles as well before deciding on what make and model to buy. She called periodically to just check in with no pressure. After looking at several different cars, doing some research, educating myself and test driving several cars we came back to Subaru. Kelsie had been out when I test drove the Forester again and Neal was very helpful and informative. It took a bit a time to negotiate a price we could agree on and today I drove my 2015 Forester home. Kelsie spent a lot of time explaining all of functions in the car; I have lots to learn..so excited to have my phone hooked up with the Blue tooth, now have to remember how to add other numbers.. Jon D was very helpful with reviewing the warranty information and the bill of sale and addressing any concerns and questions we had. We had a good experience and certainly working with Kelsie was a great. This is the first Subaru we have owned as well...I am hopeful it will be a terrific experience Thanks..Jody R More

The pricing and financing of the car was extremely fair and and the finance rates were low. I had shopped around for a few weeks for my purchase and when I went to Fred Beans Subaru dealership in Doylestown I was very pleased with that quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff. The surprise for my wife turned out just as I planned and we been driving the car for a month now and we just love it and would never buy anything different. Also would definitely go back and deal with Terry at Fred Beans when the time comes for another car. More
A Breath of Fresh Air From the very beginning of when I started thinking about buying a car, I knew I was walking a tightrope between wanting something with great fuel econ From the very beginning of when I started thinking about buying a car, I knew I was walking a tightrope between wanting something with great fuel economy and wanting something that would be good in bad weather. Obviously, a newish Subaru was one of the only ways I might get both, but I was totally convinced I wouldn't be able to get appropriate financing because of my credit. After receiving a message about what I was interested in through TrueCar, however, Gail Segal called me from the Fred Beans Subaru team, and, even after I explained my circumstances and my doubt that they could help, the whole team went hard to work trying to figure out how to get me into a car I really wanted. In the meantime, I went to four other dealerships and test drove about ten cars. I also was receiving constant phone calls and emails from about seven other dealerships. Everyone other than the Fred Beans Subaru team was extremely aggressive, even over the phone, and I felt like a turkey the week before Thanksgiving. It didn’t help things that I was a woman shopping for a car by myself. Luckily, Gail called me late in the day with the news that they had managed to get me approved for a brand new Impreza hatchback, told me exactly what the payment would be, and asked if I would like to come in for a test drive. I couldn’t get there until after Gail had left, but when I arrived she had thoroughly briefed Jon Denny on the entire course of events, instead of demanding I work according to her schedule, as other dealers had. Like Gail and the finance team, Jon was *amazing.* He was relaxed, extremely patient, and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly even when I asked for details on how problems in older-model Subarus had been addressed. He went out of his way to put me at ease. I never felt the slightest bit of pressure, and actually really enjoyed the whole dealership and test-drive experience. To top it all off, the financing department had managed to get me an interest rate that was 1/3 to ¼ of what other dealers had offered, and with a monthly payment that was $100+ less than what I had been offered on a slightly used Kia, and the Subaru had a shorter term! Everyone I met at the dealership was a real person. They made the process totally simple, and stayed late so that I could take the car home that same evening. Jon and the sales manager even helped me figure out how to get insurance that would go into effect immediately (at eight pm on a Friday night), and an hour after “closing,” Jon was setting up the Bluetooth for me in my new car! I am totally confident that I am going to have this Subaru for a long time. However, if anyone in my family or friends circle does need a car, I now know where to send them for a top-notch, customer-oriented, and stress-free car buying experience. Great buying experience with Fred Beans Subaru I began looking for a nice used car on AutoTrader.com and narrowed down my search to two cars. I drove an hour to a dealership in Allentown to look at I began looking for a nice used car on AutoTrader.com and narrowed down my search to two cars. I drove an hour to a dealership in Allentown to look at a car that I was told by the salesman was there. I get there and the salesman isn't there and neither is the car. The next day that salesman kept texting me to come test drive, although I never asked him to text me. Even though I liked the car I knew I didn't want to do business with that salesman. I went to Fred Beans Subaru to look at my other car choice and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I met with Dan Agee and looked at a 2011 Camry. I test drove the car and Dan was very personable and knowledgeable. He was not pushy as other salesmen I had met with. Dan gave me a quote with taxes and other fees included so I could make an informed decision. Two days later I came back and told Dan I wanted the Camry. Dan took care of readying the paperwork as I had my financing already in place and it was the easiest car buying experience I have had (it was my fourth car purchase). Some dealers will try to push you to get financing they set up, but Dan didn't try to to keep pushing for that once I told him I wasn't interested. I definitely appreciate Dan's attention to detail, no pressure approach and dedicated assistance in the whole process.
